Here at V.I.P Mortgage, Southeast Valley Branch, the Reidhead Team of Dallas and Cara Reidhead have a basic set of goals and guidelines that we hold as standard and implied in every transaction we do, whether it be for long term clients or our first time customers. These are simply to deliver the best service available and offer terms that are usually unmatched by industry standards. We pride ourselves on making the process easy & convenient for all parties involved and have a track record of excellence in customer satisfaction.
 
We began our career in the mortgage industry in 2002 when we went to work for a family owned and operated broker shop named Ideal Mortgage Specialists. We developed the “Team” aspect of combining forces to do the best job possible for our clients. We and the people of Ideal Mortgage’s idea of honest and upfront dealings began to earn a reputation among several of the top realtors in the valley and have developed long lasting, loyal bonds with those realtors. We also have a strong interest in watching “Wall Street” and tracking the movement in the markets to give our clients a cutting edge in staying ahead of the changes in mortgage rates and overall fluctuations in the housing sector as a whole.
 
We were approached by V.I.P. Mortgage Inc in late 2009. After carefully deliberating, the Ideal Mortgage team decided that given the changes in the housing market it was time to make their move. We, along with a few others from Ideal mortgage team, decided to join forces and open the V.I.P. Mortgage Inc.’s Southeast Valley Branch - where our goal is STILL to provide prompt service with honesty and integrity!
