I was born in Canada, but came to the US at a very young age growing up in Tempe and living most of my adult life in Mesa, Arizona. I began my mortgage career in the mid-1980s as a processor, and over the past 25 years, I have worked on both t he retail and wholesale sides of the business.
During my tenure in the business, I often run into people I have worked with or known in the past, and was delighted to find so many of those people here at V.I.P. The company feels like a big family, committed to quality customer service. I believe if you provide the right tools and the right information to employees, the sky is the limit as to what can be accomplished. Previously in wholesale, I always strived to provide a loan officer with all the correct information to experience a fast and efficient closing. The same philosophy holds true at V.I.P. The customer is always our top priority.
My husband, Lance, and I have 5 children, two grandchildren with one more on the way, and stay busy keeping track of their hectic lives. Additionally, we support several charities in the valley including the Boys & Girls Club of the East Valley. I am also a member of AMLA and support the active role we all should take in our industry.
