I began my career in the mortgage industry 6 years ago as a closer/funder with Fairway Mortgage and now VIP Mortgage. I have been in the closing department for all six years and I truly enjoy what I do.  I also have an extensive customer service background after working for 10 years with American Express Financial Services.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree is in Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University and I am a Michigan native living in Arizona for the past 20 years.
 
I feel that quality customer service, to both internal and external clients, is key to the success of any business and whether I am dealing with a title company, loan officer, or borrower, I strive to meet their needs and expectations in a polite and timely fashion.
 
I spend my free time with my husband and our two daughters, and am actively involved in their extracurricular events, sports and school activities, volunteering as often as possible in their classrooms.  My favorite thing to do is ski and I also love to read, hike and travel.
 
I enjoy being a part of VIP Mortgage because no matter how much the company expands and evolves, it still feels like a family and one that you love to be a part of.
