I’ve been in the mortgage business going on 10 years now. I started when I was just 16 at Fairway Independent Mortgage under Jay Barbour, and joined him when he started V.I.P. in 2007. When I began, I was the receptionist and post closer. As my experience grew, I started drawing docs, processing and am now funding.
I’ve always believed in what the company’s leaders represent – strong integrity, honesty, and respect. They truly care about the customer and how each and every loan affects the customer. I strive to emulate this same strong character and be the best I can be to each and every person I am in contact with, whether a customer, colleague or friend. I love the people I work with and don’t know what I’d do without them.
I am an Arizona native, and currently reside in Gilbert with my fiancée and our 1 ½ year old daughter McKenna. We love to spend time at the lake, riding jet skis and four-wheeling, hiking, family get-togethers and traveling. I also have been in dance since childhood and, in my spare time, enjoy dancing in my friend’s dance company.
