I began my career in 1995. My most prominent professional strengths include my ability to listen to needs of my clients and determine the best loan programs for them; my commitment to keep updated on lending programs/guidelines; and my personal accountability and communication with my clients throughout the loan stages. I understand that setting upfront expectations and timelines for my customers makes the process easier for everyone.
I am never too busy to assist a customer in need, even if it's not my customer. I challenge myself to grow and improve every day and use my integrity, compassion and quest for excellence to influence others to action. I believe that my team has the experience, drive and customer service to ensure that each of our client’s is 100% satisfied at the end of their transaction. Outside of my professional career, I enjoy spending time with my family.
