Unbelievable is the only word to describe the service, attention to detail, and care for their clients. I’ve been in Real Estate since 1997. I sometimes think I’ve seen it all; however, I do not recall seeing this kind of performance ever. We tried everything we could to get my client approved, including 4 other attempts by other lenders. No one could make it happen. Then we gave Jason and his team a shot. Not only did they make it happen, they did it in a way that kept everyone informed. I would like to personally recognize Carrie Farley. She went way above and beyond. My client is not the most “technically savvy” person I have worked with. She personally walked him through the steps needed to make this happen, including staying on the phone with him during the process to make sure he was comfortable and confident in what he was doing. She was quick to keep us all posted on what was needed to make it happen. All I can do is end this the way I started it, UNBELIEVABLE!
